Welcome to Reptri, a product of Numerical Triverse Pty Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, AI receptionist service, or any related products and services (collectively referred to as the "Service"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Reptri.
1. Use of the Service
Reptri is designed to provide AI-based receptionist services for businesses. By using Reptri, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You are using the service for lawful business purposes.
You agree not to misuse the Service or assist others in doing so.
2. Call Recording and Data Collection
All calls handled by Reptri are recorded for quality assurance, training, support, and legal compliance purposes. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the recording of calls made through the Reptri platform.
It is your responsibility to inform your customers, clients, or third parties interacting with Reptri that their calls may be recorded.
3. Content Restrictions
You may not use Reptri to promote, train, or distribute any content related to:
- Dangerous or illegal products or services
- Hate speech, violence, or discriminatory content
- Fraudulent or deceptive business practices
- Any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these restrictions.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Reptri, including the design, text, graphics, logos, and AI models, are owned by Numerical Triverse Pty Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
5. User Data and Privacy
Reptri does not store or collect your financial information such as bank account numbers or bank card details. All payments are securely processed by Stripe, an industry-leading payment processor that ensures full compliance with security standards and encryption protocols.
Our handling of personal data and call content is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Reptri, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Reptri is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, call quality, or service outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
To cancel your subscription, you must notify us in writing at least three (3) months prior to the end of your current subscription period. This advance notice requirement is based on your subscription plan and ensures a smooth service transition. Failure to provide timely notice may result in automatic renewal of your subscription.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Reptri at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful or harmful behavior.
We may also suspend or terminate your account if requested or ordered by law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, or other legal authorities.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
